Cancellation Charges:

2. Cancellation by Radiance Cabs
We may cancel a booking due to:
- Vehicle breakdown
- Driver unavailability
- Natural disasters
- Technical issues
- Safety concerns
In such cases, customers will receive:
✔ Full refund (if prepaid), OR
✔ Option to reschedule
3. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds apply only if:
- Payment was made in advance
- Booking was cancelled within allowed time
- Service was not provided due to our fault
Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be provided in case of:
- No-shows
- Late cancellations
- Wrong pickup details given
- Customer unavailability
- Partial trip completion
4. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank, etc.).
- Processing time may vary depending on banks/payment gateways.
5. Waiting Time Policy
- Free waiting time: Up to 10 minutes (may vary by service).
- Extra waiting time may be chargeable.
- Extended delays by customers may be treated as cancellation.
6. Modification of Booking
Customers may request changes in:
- Pickup time
- Location
- Destination

7. Dispute Resolution
If you are unhappy with our service or refund decision, you may contact our support team. We will try to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
